上个月刚给ksii投了一篇论文，是深度学习方面的，然而今天收到了拒稿，我列出两个审稿人的意见，麻烦大家帮我看一下，这是我第一次写论文，这样被拒了投其他的期刊还有希望吗，若有人能推荐相应的期刊就更谢谢啦

This paper proposes a convolutional neural network to recognize human activities. The following issues should be considered:
1. Please explain the contributions more clearly. The current contribution is the design of the methods. However, this paper does not explain why the proposed methods can solve the problem that other related works did not solve.
2. The two proposed methods are too heuristic. A strong theoretical basis is necessary.
3. The performance improvement of the proposed methods given in Section 4 is not noticeable. Some novel methods should be proposed to solve problems.
