投稿后被编辑拒稿了，但是让修改后重投，把改过的地方标出来，但是没对文章内容有任何修改意见。这是什么意思？我应该怎么修改呢？急！！Your manuscript is judged to be a Negotiable Rejection. This means that the reviewers and the editors believe your manuscript can be "Revised and Resubmitted" to make it acceptable scientifically as opposed to rejecting it outright.
