第一次投稿IJC，一个月就返回意见了，而且是只有一个人外审，这正常吗。。。有懂的同学吗，下面是邮件的前面部分，后面具体的修改意见就不po了
Thank you for submitting your manuscript "XXX文章标题" to the International Journal of Cancer.  Your paper has been reviewed by one outside（就一个外审） referee and studied carefully by the Editors.  The reviewer has offered positive remarks about your paper, but at the same time they has raised critical points.  For possible further consideration of the paper, major revisions would be required.

For submission of a revised manuscript, we would require that you address these specific comments and incorporate them fully into the new version. The paper should be appropriately altered according to the reviewers' comments. Please indicate the changes you have made, point by point, in a cover letter and highlight them in the revised paper. If you disagree with any of the points raised by the reviewers, we would ask you to provide a full explanation for this in the letter accompanying the resubmitted manuscript. The paper will be reevaluated in consideration of these responses and to the priority rating the paper has achieved.  Please note, however, that if the paper is not appropriately altered, we will unfortunately not be able to consider it for publication.

意见给的很多，但都是小问题，最大的问题是说讨论部分rather short and poor，我得重写讨论了 返回小木虫查看更多
