IOP 没有分配编辑一说吗？
大概得等多久才回给分配编辑？

没有分配编辑这个状态下一个状态就是外审了拿到稿件号可以查进度

请问我在投稿这个期刊的时候收到一封回执邮件：Thank you for your submission to Measurement Science and Technology. We have put your Paper on hold because the names and affiliations of the authors do not appear on the supplied PDF.
这是指要把作者信息填写在稿件里吗可以说一下你是怎么弄的吗

只有一个reference number,并且这个number通过这个链接查不到任何进度，不知道什么原因。而且查的稿件状态是Awaiting Referee Reports
