• As leader and role model in building VMS Nutrition Science with capability to communicate the essence of science with none science people, writing skill to produce science supporting documents, project management skill to coordinate multi-functional projects, people skill to interact and build trusting relationship with internal and external stakeholders, including nutrition science, medical, regulatory KOLs, etc.
• Establish science support in innovation product development process for China VMS projects by working closely with IFCN Nutrition Science team and US VMS Medical team
• Collect and assess literature information and develop nutrition/medical claims for China VMS products, support regulatory submission.
• Develop the science materials for all internal and external communication.
• Lead VMS nutrition science training projects for internal stakeholders in E-Comm, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Legal functions, etc.
• Conduct external communication
• Present VMS product science in external events, Expo, academic conference, etc.
• Identify HCP/KOL for VMS and Organize content and agenda of external advisory meeting
• Build expertise in VMS white space areas such as brain development, immunity, allergy, etc，
