各位大神，我最近遇到个MALDI-ToF数据处理的问题，还请指点一下，我测试的是PCL，端基是苯甲醇，PCL分子量用GPC测的为25000左右，PDI为1.3，由于分子量较大，用的MALDI-ToF线性模式测得，测试结果跟理论计算结果相差9或10个单位……工程师说，分子量这么大，这个误差也不算啥……但审稿人让我解释为何误差这么大……

    这是我第一次用MALDI-ToF做测试……不很懂相关问题，我在想：
    1，这个较大误差，会不会是因为用的线性模式，使得精确度下降，但，误差会这么大嘛？？？
    2，工程师说，我们那台仪器，测分子量2000～8000比较精确，而我的样品分子量较大……这是我能想到的两个可能……
   我该怎样回复审稿意见？？？还请大神指点一下，不吝赐教，谢谢啦

         审稿问题：MALDI analysis has only been prepared of PCL samples, nonetheless the authors claim that linear polymer is prepared for all lactones. I guess this is very true, but at least for one other example MALDI analysis should be conducted and reported in the SI. Also, for the MALDI results the differences of the experimental to the calculated values must be given; I calculated some examples and there seem to be major differences. Please clarify this.
