是我的文章太差了吗？
接连投稿两个期刊，都没有送审直接拒。
第一个
To my regret, I have to tell you that your paper is unlikely to reach the standard necessary for publication in a leading international journal such as Seed Science Research. Because of its applied nature, the work seems more appropriate for journals addressing topics in Plant Breeding. SSR only considers publishing of descriptive studies, such as this one, if some, preferably unique, seed physiological aspects are revealed. Since this is not the case for this submission, I release the paper back to the authors, and they are free to submit the work to a more appropriate journal. I am sorry not to give you better news. Please understand that because of the high standard of the journal Seed Science Research can publish less than 15 % of the submissions it receives. I wish you every success in finding an alternative journal to publish this research.

Because of the overwhelming amount of papers offered for review to Euphytica we have become more strict as to the contents, general interest and potential reader size of the manuscripts. In this light I am sorry to have to inform you that your paper will not be send of for review. This does not say anything about the scientific value of the manuscript but merely reflects the current large number of papers offered and the accompanying long times the review process is taking.
因为没有任何意见，我想知道这是客套话还是文章真的有问题，文章是经过润色的，在其他物种中有类似研究，但在我的这个物种的研究还比较少，并且存在差异。

估计还是论文写得不太好（很多时候润色只是消除或者减少了语法错误，并不能真正提升论文的写作质量）
