关于文章投稿修改格式意见
刚投了一篇低分文章，被退回来了，对于格式修改意见有点不明白，求各路大神指点一哈!
Before we can further process it you are kindly requested to make the following corrections to meet the journal's requirements (please also refer to the Instructions for authors):
Suggested reviewers cannot be from the same country as any of the authors.
Figures and tables must be placed between the manuscript texts in a logical order

第一段就是说要按投稿要求修改论文。第二段就是你的图表出现的顺序要合乎逻辑，应该是觉得你的有些图表出现的有点突兀，比如，先有文字介绍，然后自然的引出表格。
提交稿件时，图表是分别提交的

你就按他要求弄呗。推荐审稿人最好是外国人。图和表按顺序放到文中对应的位置
