图像处理方向，上次投Infrared Physics & Technology被拒了，理由是重复率高，编辑直接拒
经历两个月的精打细磨再投Optics Communications（OC），这次又是被编辑拒了，拒稿理由是图像处理算法类的不适用于本期刊
由于是人生第一篇sci，我怕再转投其他的也同样是被拒，所以要谨慎
或许这个编辑拒我是因为内容太差，只是找个不适于在本期刊发表的借口
但是我觉得已经改的差不多了，经验丰富的大师兄也觉得应该没问题了，没想到还真拒了
所以想问下大神编辑这话的意思到底是真的改投个接收图像处理类的期刊就行，还是真的内容太差

邮件主体内容如下
This paper has now been considered by the editor.  I have come to the opinion that the material does not fall within the scope of this journal.  The information to authors states "Papers devoted, for the most part, to mathematical and computational issues ... are generally not suitable for publication in the Journal".  The main focus of your manuscript is on image processing and numerical algorithms, rather than on advancement of optical science or technology. Therefore, we have taken the decision not to have your paper reviewed. You may choose to consider prompt publication in a more appropriate journal.

Please note that this decision is not based upon a judgment of the quality of your work, but rather an assessment of the suitability of the subject matter for this journal.
