看你投的什么期刊，很多期刊比如ACS旗下的就是Submitted状态直到审稿结束。

如果实在着急可以询问一下，楼主可以借鉴下面的询问。

I am sorry to trouble. I submitted our latest work (No.XXX00029) to your journal on March 4. But it current state is still "under review" . I want to know the review process. If there are some responses from there reviewers. Would you please tell me the results so that I can deal with it as early as possible?
