老师们帮忙看看是什么意思？
第一次投稿，英语水平有限，请各位老师，前辈帮忙看一下这个是什么意思？最开始好像写了不能在EMC 发表，后面又好像说改过后可以考虑发表，也要求返回三个修改文件，不知到底是什么情况？修改提交后接受机会大吗？最主要“Therefore, the paper cannot be published in Energy Conversion and Management as it is presented.”这句话怎么理解?

个人感觉这次是Rej了，但是鼓励你按照审稿人意见修改（应该是大修了）之后再投稿该杂志。至于你说的三个文件不知道是什么（你删去了？）
In the revision process we would like to request you return three files:
(1) Please submit a list or table of changes (or your rebuttal) against each point raised when you upload your revised article and upload this as your 'Response to Reviewers' file/doc - note our system will not allow you to complete the resubmission process without this file.
(2) Also please highlight any revised text using coloured highlighting in a separate word document. This will enable the Editor /Reviewers to identify the amendments and subsequently make faster decisions on the revisions.
(3) In addition we request one final file, a 'clean' word document of the revised manuscript without any annotations, highlighting or comments, in font 10 or 12 pt with double line spacing.

（1）这里给了一个revised，应该是给你一个修改的机会。要求你上传一个文件（命名为Response to Reviewers），逐一说明修改的地方（往往是依据审稿人的意见进行修改，所以先整理好审稿人的意见，一条一条整理好并编号，然后按照意见逐条回复、修改论文内容，对审稿人意见持不同观点的可以辩解说明（一定要有理有据、不卑不亢，充分尊重审稿人意见）。据我的经验，每一个审稿人的意见都给出逐条编号1，2，3........，逐条回复。回复之后一定要对审稿人的意见和编辑的辛劳表示感谢。
（2）上传修改稿，能体现修改的地方（我一般用红色表示），编辑和审稿人一看便知你哪些地方修改了。
（3）上传一个干净的稿件文件（修改之后的，个人认为与上边第二个一样，就是不用红色表示），用10或者12字号、双倍间距。（这个一般是接受之后便于后期编辑排版使用的）。

那句话是让你修改（无论大修还是小修）的套话，不是拒稿。好好修改便是，录用机会很大的。

编辑的意思是说以目前稿件的状态不适合发表，不过经过到位的修改是可以被接收的。不属于拒稿重投，楼主要参考审稿意见仔细修改，认真回复，修改到位接收的希望很大。
