IEEE TAP 投稿问题求助
各位虫友大家好！
老师让我投一篇 IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON ANTENNAS AND PROPAGATION (TAP) 中的communication, 投稿提示上说要附上四个问题和答案，提示内容如下：
Note: For ease of reference, authors are required to attach to their manuscript a front page that contains the four questions and answers. The information in all the answers on the front page MUST ALSO be incorporated into the "Introduction" section of the manuscript itself, except for the authors’ own references in (iii) that may not be immediately relevant to the current manuscript. Failing to meet these requirements would result in unsubmission of your manuscript.
实在不晓得这四个问题和答案如何写，而且它还要包含在论文中的Introduction中，有没有大神给个模板，本人愚钝，望大神们多多指教，越详细越好。金币奉上。

请问楼主解决了吗？我把这四个问题单独做成一个pdf上传的，现在让我resubmit，难道是要和文章合成一篇PDF吗？还是合成之后，还得把四个问题插入到文章的引言了

意思就是说这些问题相关的内容，也应该在你的文中相应体现，而不是仅仅在这里回答一下。
你好，AP一审多长时间？最近打算投稿该期刊。
现在看到，希望对今后的学者有帮助：
首先，你把这四个问题认真、严谨、重视的回答；
其次，回答之后限制在一页范围内，转成PDF文件；
第三，把这一页与你的文章合并，这一页放在最前面；
注意：你回答的这一页答案是需要在Introduction内容中体现的，包括一些参考文献等，都需要在Introduction中引用。
