本人做的电催化析氢反向，现求助以下几个问题：
（1）论文06.06投稿，0608到编辑手里，显示with editor，到了0619直接显示变成revise，然后发了邮件过来，都不要经过under review过程的吗？下面是部分内容，我想问一下有这么快速审稿加编辑screen and review的吗？
（2） 审稿意见显示 Reviews' comment,就一个人审了稿，我想问一下Applied Catalysis B： Environmental有这样处理稿件的吗？只找了一个审稿人？而且我觉得该审稿人很大可能就是这位编辑。
（3） MethodX 是用来做什么的，（If you have customized (a) research method(s) for the project presented in your Applied Catalysis B:  Environmental article, you are invited to submit this part of your work as MethodsX article alongside your revised research article）括号里是邮件部分内容，请问MethodX是Elisever用来赚钱的吗？返稿是一定要有吗？
（4） Reviewrs' comments很负面而且很恶心，应该怎么改（The format of the present manuscript may not be readily relevant to review.  Particularly, the section for Results & Discussions should be divided on the basis of the subject for the convenience of the Reviewers and Readers of APCATB.  Take for example, catalyst characterization and performance, and role of Mo2C, P-N and carbon nanotubes, etc. Please read carefully the APCATB's author's guideline included in the website of the journal before submission. In a mean time, please update your references, particularly from the recent publication of APCATB）
