小虫是新人一枚，也是第一次投SCI英文稿件，有个问题想向有经验的前辈请教。四月份投了一篇一区的英文，送审了，结果被拒搞了，只返回了一位审稿人的审稿意见。导师没仔细看拒稿信息让我改投，但我还想投原杂志，请问我这种情况把稿件修改后还可以再投原杂志吗？接收机会大吗？返稿意见如下：

前方省略文章内容介绍。The research is new and would in principle deserve publication. The manuscript, however, is not ready to be published for the reasons given below. 
The text needs general improvement with respect to language, especially word order in sentences needs to be observed. This would avoid
ambiguities and make some statements a lot clearer. Some further shortcomings are exemplified in the remarks below.
