没见过这样奇葩的要求，实在不知怎么应对，请高手指点！
要求如下：
Kindly mention the country name of the suggested reviewers in the “Reason” box during the “Suggest Reviewers” submission step. Also, ensure not to suggest reviewers from your home country. Please provide only the institutional e-mail address of the suggested reviewers as their personal e-mail addresses are not accepted.
Register yourself with the institutional e-mail address using the option “Update My Information” as we will not process papers with their personal e-mail address. Also, update the paper with the institutional e-mail address.
没有institutional e-mail address 啊！

这个要求非常合理，现在很多出版社的期刊都这样要求。你没有单位的邮箱，难不成通讯作者也没有？另外：你们单位每个人在办理公事时都使用自己的 PERSONAL EMAIL 地址与外面的人或单位来 COMMUNICATION 吗？
推荐的审稿人要来自别的国家，主要是为了避免“友情放水”， 而要求审稿人使用单位的邮箱是避免作弊，因为之前这种事发生过很多次了，在中国在外国都有先例：作者通过自己捏造的邮箱地址作为审稿人的地址来提交所谓的审稿意见，

你老板应该是通讯作者并注册投稿，他会没有institutional e-mail address？
