投的2篇SCI最近即将出结果，其中一篇经历了大修-小修，另外一篇经历了两次大修。希望这2篇都能录用，录用了就不用在担心毕业的问题了，祈福~~~

PS：一篇文章录用，一篇文章拒搞。

其中拒搞的那一篇编辑最后意见如下：

现在我正在申诉，我对拒搞结果十分不信服。这篇文章的流程如下：

一审：3个审稿人，2个接收，1个拒搞，编辑给大修。我按拒搞审稿人的意见做了详细修改。
二审：拒搞的那个审稿人肯定了我的修改，提出了几处我回复的疑问，但是仍然拒搞，编辑给了小修。
三审： 我根据拒搞审稿人的意见，做了认真回复，态度十分认真以及回复详细。结果，这个审稿人居然只有这么一句：I provided the last review with a recommendation. I will not do another review of this manuscript. 没有提出任何实质的修改评论。编辑根据这个拒搞审稿人的意见发出了上述拒搞信。
这种拒搞信都是模板化的，说是有审稿人的详细评论，可是我只看见了一句话。

因此我选择了申诉，请问这种情况申诉的可能性大吗？
