论文被拒，理由不在期刊范围，是否可以申诉

第一天投稿过去，第二天就收到这个拒稿邮件了，很郁闷。以前在这个期刊投过文章，现在这篇方向是延续以前内容做的，感觉内容还是跟这个期刊范围很适合；现在这个编辑以不在期刊范围为由拒稿，我是否可以申诉？还是直接转投比较好？

没有申诉的比较了，可以投其他期刊，根据编辑给的修改意见在修改
