基因名和蛋白名的写法
文章接收后，PROOF要求核对基因和蛋白命名法：

(there is no valid gene/protein nomenclature termed ‘nuclear factor kappaB’/’NF-kappaB’/’beta-actin’. Genes require italics （基因要罗马字符）. Proteins require non-italics (roman)) 蛋白要非罗马字符，这怎么查呀
我的问题：
1）我测的是大鼠的Rattus norvegicus nuclear factor kappa B p65 ，基因名是Nfkb1吗？蛋白名称如何修改？
2）beta-actin，我写了beta-actin（Actb），说不对，怎么修改啊？
3）文章里还有Collagen III、TNF-a，我都一律改成了Collagen 3、TNF-alpha，这样应该是符合要求的吧？

基因首字母不大写的，而且要斜体。蛋白首字母大写，不斜体。
实际上，该杂志要求是这样的（基因首字母大写，蛋白全部字母大写）：
Mice and rats
Gene symbols should be in italics with only the first letter capitalised. Protein designations should be the same as the gene symbols except that all letters should be capitalised and in roman (i.e. not italicised). For example:
Gene/RNA/DNA: Sox2
Protein: SOX2
Use symbols approved by the International Committee on Standardized Genetic Nomenclature for Mice and the Rat Genome and Nomenclature Committee, which can be queried at the MGI website
