The paper that you submitted for publication in ****, referenced above, has been reviewed and the comments of the referees are included at the
bottom of this letter. You will note that they express some concerns regarding certain aspects of the paper.  We would hope, however, that a significant reworking could result in an accommodation to the principal reviewer comments and to the editing comments.  We would thus welcome thepreparation of a revision, which would be mutually acceptable.
