Editorial Pre-Screening: This paper has not reached to the acceptable level for publication in Applied Intelligence and lacks originality and novelty from applied intelligence perspective. Authors have used well recognized and published methodologies with some modifications and results are compared with several years old methodologies. Authors need to bring novelty and originality to their work and need to establish clear superiority of their methodology through comprehensive comparison results with recent algorithms to publish in Applied Intelligence. They also need to reference those recent methodology in the paper.

他提出的三点need to修改的我只看明白后两点，要与他们期刊的算法做对比实验；要引用他们期刊的论文；第一点应该怎么修改和回复？
