2. The manuscript source file includes line numbers that are not required for this submission. Please save a version of the file locally that has no line numbers, and edit submission to add this file and remove the incorrect one.

第一条的意思是每一个文件都得编码是吗？比如cover letter编一个码，Graphical Abstract从头编个码，Highlights再重新编个码？
只把手稿编上页码就行了
