投稿审了一个半月状态成了Return to Author (old) (01-May-2018)
如题。 3月12日投稿 jouranl of modern optics。一直Under review，刚收到邮件
We have established an editorial policy not to consider papers that make use of the Lena image unless the authors can provide a carefully written technical justification showing that other test images are inadequate. 改投他刊或者重投但不使用Lena image
你好，但是已经审稿快两个月，他才给我提出这个问题。不是应该用审稿人的意见么？ 重投还需要重审么
有些期刊是很慢的。重投肯定需要重审。
和我的情况简直一模一样。
Because of a significant increase in the number of submissions to our journal, we have had to adopt a strict policy requiring that manuscripts be free of obvious grammatical errors prior to review. After examining the manuscript, I judge that it is of insufficient writing quality for review in the Journal of Modern Optics.
For this paper, the subject matter is indeed of interest. I would encourage you to rewrite the manuscript in improved English and resubmit. This offers the advantage of making it easier to find reviewers and expediting the entire review process.
3月16日投稿，昨天收到的回复。准备转投其他期刊了。理由竟然说是英文不行。还不如直接说文章不行。
