如题，昨天还在论坛说SNB处理速度很慢，今天忽然收到SNB编辑的邮件，说是最近稿件增多，编辑处理不过来，导致稿件处理速度很慢，说我可以选择退稿。这是啥意思啊啊？大家有遇到这个情况的吗？

邮件如下：
Dear Dr.xxxxxxxxxxxx,  

As the publisher of Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical I am reaching out to you today to apologize for the delays that are occurring in the handling of your manuscript xxxxxxxxxxx entitled “xxxxxxxxxxxxx”. Currently your manuscript is listed as “Submitted to Journal” (indicating that the technical check has been completed) and awaits assignment of an editor. Currently this affects all submissions to the journal.  

Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical has recently become more and more popular and while I have recruited many additional editors I expect that the delays will continue over the next weeks.

I understand that this can frustrating for you and your co-authors. Hence, we don‘t want to keep you from publishing your research In case you would like to do that, please write a short message (including your manuscript number) to: sensorsnb@elsevier.com.  

Should you decide to have patience with Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical, we will be doing our best to attend to your manuscript as soon as possible. However, I would like to clarify that editorial decisions are not influenced by the delay.
