The person who is contacted in regards to the submission during the peer review process, signs the publishing agreement on behalf of all of the authors and whose contact details are included on the published article.

请教一下，如果用自己账号登陆，投稿时 通信作者不是自己，那点击submit后，是文章投出去了，还是转到通信作者的账号，由通信作者再点击确认投稿呀？
