催稿信有了回复，如下所示，可以要求换一个审稿人吗？
有一个审稿人一直没有接受邀请，可以跟编辑说换一个审稿人吗？

从编辑的意思来看，一切正常。是否更换审稿人编辑有自己的判断及习惯。
这种情况等着就是，审稿人不是你想换就能换的，给编辑回个谢谢，辛苦了之类的邮件就可以了，
一切正常，就是告知一下而已，一个审稿人已经开始审了，另一个也回应邀请了。敬候佳音吧。
