年初我投稿Springer旗下SCI刊物JOFE，经过2个月后，论文current status和Final Disposition都显示为reject

两位审稿人的意见，一个没有明确说是否接收或拒稿，提出了一些图和字词语句上的问题。另一个认为is not suitable for publication。

在View letter中，编辑是这样说的：

With regret, I must inform you that, based on the advice received, your manuscript cannot be accepted for publication in Journal of Fusion Energy. However, since the two reviewers came to very different recommendations, should you be able to respond satisfactorily point by point to the second reviewer's comments, JOFE would further consider the suitability of your paper for publication.

Attached, please find the reviewer comments for your perusal.

I would like to thank you very much for forwarding your manuscript to us for consideration and wish you every success in revising your paper or finding an alternative place of publication.

现在的疑问是，编辑说“should you be able to respond satisfactorily point by point to the second reviewer's comments, JOFE would further consider the suitability of your paper for publication”感觉这句话还算是较为明确的，不太像是客套话，但我真是心里没底，还请木虫上的高手指教一下。可是现在该论文的审稿流程已经到了reject状态，如果我改好了论文，并写了对审稿人意见的回复，是要重新走投稿流程呢？还是说通过已有被拒的这篇论文旁边的send email选项给编辑发邮件呢？也请木虫高手指点，谢谢！ 返回小木虫查看更多
