突然感觉好失败，好无助！
一个稿子被拒了n次。这次鼓足勇气再投，直接被编辑据。
Cmments from the editor:
If the authors want to challenge the physics of the propagation and scattering of electromagnatic waves in a condensed system (polymers or others), then the journal of polymer may not be the correct journal for this paper.
I will suggest the authors to consider a more physics or X-ray related journal instead of the JPOL.

从影响因子8的杂志开始投知道投到IF2点几的杂志才被接收，中间被拒几次已经记不清了
