I typically read the whole paper before I make an assessment. I don’t know who would get your paper to evaluate or how they would react. Your study sounds interesting. The difficultly would be to write a compelling enough paper to be both a major advancement and to appeal to a broad readership. The major question being why xxxx and not a more specialized journal.
