求教Nanoscale期刊投稿中的Letter to Referees是什么？
第一次投RSC的Nanoscale期刊，原来投的ACS都是正文加supporting information和cover letter就行，但Nanoscale期刊没有cover letter选项，只有强制性的Letter to Referees和非强制性的justification，还有前面的Comments to the Editor，分别指什么啊？
