revise and resubmit求助
去年11月投的applied soft computing，今天收到意见，三个审稿人，两个正面的，一个负面的，编辑给的“revise and resubmit”：
After consulting experienced reviewers and our own assessment of the paper, I regret to inform you that I must advise against publication of your work in its current form. This 'revise and resubmit' decision is based on the evaluation.
If you are interested in further evaluating and rewriting the paper, addressing the comments of the reviewers, we encourage you to submit the new manuscript to Applied Soft Computing. I would appreciate if you could submit your revised paper by 02 May 2018. If you are prepared to undertake the work required, I would be pleased to reconsider my decision. Please note that the resubmission does not guarantee acceptance.
Revised papers may be sent to the previous and new reviewers based on the level of changes. Please attach a response (revision notes) stating how the revision requests of referees have been addressed in the new version of the paper.
现在有几个问题：
1. 修改后的稿件是作为新的稿件重新投稿么？但是投系统里如下图，貌似还是在这里上传？
2. If you are prepared to undertake the work required, I would be pleased to reconsider my decision.这句话不是太理解，如果我愿意修改还需要发邮件告知编辑么？他reconsider decision是怎么理解呢？
3. 老生常谈的问题，按照意见修回后，稿子还会回到原编辑么?后续录用的概率大么？

1.在系统里上传。
有截止日期，不用回复邮件。会回到原编辑手里，概率大。
2.不用告知编辑，五月2号前改好上传就行。 3.会回到原编辑，但不一定回到原审稿人，如果改得比较好，接受概率很大，让你重投，说明编辑对你文章还是有兴趣。
