电化学OER论文投稿，收到审稿意见，其中一条关于CV循环的意见不知怎么回答，希望大家给些意见 （附上两张图及审稿意见）
Comment 3: A comparison between Figs. S8 and S9 clearly show that the CV-profile exhibited by CuO-FR@CoP/CF is much more resistive than that exhibited by CuO-FR/CF. The more resistive behavior exhibited by the former material must be discussed since it will produce more ohmic losses than the latter material.
