投稿TEC 七个月左右给了审稿意见 其中一条不太懂，如下

我提出的EMC模型是用来和仿真模型对比分析，共同验证我所提出方案的正确性的，审稿意见的人意思是对文章没有什么帮助，应该删掉的意思吗？
