投了elsevier一个期刊，投稿的时候他们倡导“Your Paper Your Way”：
可是审查的时候直接 rejected 给出：
Editor-In-Chief: Single-column format needed. We regret to inform you that your manuscript has not been found suitable for publication in our journal.
Editor-In-Chief: Extraneous equations may not be needed (like sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value).
Editor-In-Chief: The manuscript should be refined for English grammatical structure and phraseology.
我还有必要重投吗，格式不是是开放的吗 ？

不明白为啥是单栏呢 从来也没注明啊在new submission的时候
提交的时候格式不对
We now differentiate between the requirements for new and revised submissions. You may choose to submit your manuscript as a single Word or PDF file to be used in the refereeing process. Only when your paper is at the revision stage, will you be requested to put your paper in to a 'correct format' for acceptance and provide the items required for the publication of your article.

果然菜鸟啊，如果没特殊要求就是单栏10号字体1.5 或2倍行距，没听说草稿分栏的。而且你的问题还有语言不过关，公式问题
我真是纯纯的 见谅。 语音上他指出我摘要用错了一个时态。。。。太疏忽了。另外公式说我不需要给出准确率和召回率的定义，可有些期刊反而要求定义。 您说我要修改好之后能重投这个期刊吗？多谢啦 ！：）
不知道你贴出来的意见全不全，所以不好做判定。如果主编只给了这三条意见，那就不用重投了，一点正面意见的都没有，重投也不会要的
