唉，我投了篇负荷预测文章给Energies,编辑不到一天就给我拒了，说“We are writing to inform you that we will not be able to process your paper further. Papers sent for peer-review are selected on the basis of discipline, novelty and general significance, in addition to the usual criteria for publication in scholarly journals. Therefore, our decision is not necessarily a reflection of the quality of your research.”我思考一下可能有三个原因，一是文章内容差，但是不可能编辑一天就看懂的吧，二是作者7个人，是不是编辑不喜欢？三是文章正文17页，附录1页，是不是太多了？
