投PEER JOURNAL,形式审查过不去，编辑要的是什么，这句话是什么意思
投稿到peer journal，上传了manuscript，可是形式审查里说到这句话，不知道编辑想要什么？求大牛指点

是不是你所使用的站点数据需要批准。
1. 假如有批准的编码，需要填写到给的链接；
2. 假如是官方文件，需要上传可信的，官方凭证文件；
3. 如果不需要许可，解释原因即可。
建议选3。
BTW，这个OA期刊，不仅收费，而且麻烦事情还挺多，前段时间新开了几个领域，有几个月是免费的，我最后还是没投。
就是不明白需要一个什么样的许可，我该如何解释我不需要任何许可呢，&#128532;

就是你文章中使用的数据，是否涉及到野外观测的数据之类的，如果没有，就选择3，岂不是更好解释吗？

开展野外工作的时候一般需要一个批准文件。如果没有，他们又非得需要的话，你就随便写一个，如，the field work was permitted by 你的学校名称(批准文号)。
