刚投了一篇Optics Express，没送审就被AE拒了，拒信里也只有一句模板。
和导师一起认真分析了一下自己文章，觉得内容没什么问题，但是introduction和Novelty and Impact Statement写的太简单，可能导致AE觉得创新性不够。
打算修改之后重投OE（符合研究内容的期刊只有OE在二区了），拒稿以后重投的话会不会直接被系统拒掉？需不需要argue编辑？有木有人有过类似经历的。。。

邮件是这样写的：

After editorial review, I have determined that I cannot accept your paper for publication in Optics Express.

A paper is acceptable for publication in Optics Express only if there is convincing evidence that, in addition to being correct technically, it also adds a new and important result to the field.  I have found that your paper does not meet this criterion.
