请各位虫友解答，多长时间返回修改稿比较合适？
2月1号投的文章，今天主编就返回修改稿，主编的修改意见如下：
The paper does not have a single reference to papers in our journal, which is often an indication that the paper belongs best in a different journal. Since the optimization methodology is routine, to be considered in our journal, it has to be submitted as Industrial Application rather than as Research Paper.
文章改变不大，关键让我三月二十号返回，这个时间是不是太长了，请有经验的虫友解答多久返回修改稿比较合适？谢谢了
