Scholarships for PhD students in machine learning are available at the Georgia State University, Atlanta, USA. The scholarships include tuition fee waivers and generous living allowance. Applicants need hold or be close to completing an Honours or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other related fields. Prior knowledge and experience in machine learning and solid programming skill is a plus.
