12月28日投稿到Journal of Biomedical Optics，中间initinal quality check提醒要两个声明，然后加了一次重新上传了一次，1月15日编辑回信给了decision
编辑给的回信的内容是这样的：
An evaluation of your manuscript entitled "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" indicates that the specific subject is not a good match for Journal of Biomedical Optics. But I believe that it might be suitable for our sister SPIE journal, Optical Engineering. I suggest that you submit your manuscript to this. To do so, please send a message to the staff at jbo@spie.org and request a transfer. If you have an objection to this action, please direct it to the staff at jbo@spie.org.

编辑给的decision认为文章不适合JBO，推荐转投到同属SPIE旗下的Optics Enginnering （小OE）；
期刊也是可以接受的，但是就是不知道审稿时间多长（关键是审稿时间！！！），以及把握性有多大？
一般推荐转投的话是不是机会相对来说大一点？
大家给点建议，如果同意推荐转投的话，怎么回信以及后续操作。
