>While your technical content has merit, your formatting needs to be completed overhauled.  Please review the formatting requirements of the journal and resubmit.  In addition, some of your sections read as literal bullet point lists.  Make sure to have the entire document in proper journal paper flow.  Finally, I recommend you clean up your figure axis as well, they are very crowded and busy.
