求助！12月中旬投的Sae，在圣诞节前进入editor invited状态，假期结束后1月3日更新为editor declined invitation,一天之后变成transfer了！邮件和投稿系统里的反馈原文是:

但是问题来了，这推荐的期刊名称我死活看不到啊，反馈时间期限也没有。
