请问大家有遇到过这样的情况吗？或者收到这样的邮件？文章的状态是‘incomplete’，是要我重新提交，重新等吗？我都等了三个月了，突然收到了这样的邮件，好伤心！

I notice that you have attempted to submit a manuscript entitled "xx" through the Editorial Manager site for our journal Transport in Porous Media. The status of this manuscript is recorded as 'incomplete', which unfortunately means that not all the steps necessary to complete the submission process have been taken.

Should you still wish to submit this manuscript, I would be grateful if you could log in to your author menu and complete your submission.

You can obtain your Username/Password, by using the "Send Login Details" link available on the log-in page.

If you require any assistance to complete the submission process, please do not hesitate to contact me, as I would be happy to help.

In order to ensure that the Editorial Manager site is reflective of active submissions, I do have to remove incomplete submissions on a regular basis.
