请帮忙看下我这个postdoc还有希望吗？
土博一位，今年申请postdoc，其中美国一个lab。发邮件第二天后约面试，面试约半小时，没要推荐信，对方说impressed with my English，will get back to me, send him questions if i want. 后面等了一段时间，快一个月吧，对方回我：Thank you for your continuous interest. We are interviewing people for the position in our group and will get back to you with the next steps if you are selected to move to the next stage in the competition. 请问这是婉拒吗？大神们给点意见 谢谢大家
