3. Tables and Figures:
1) Tables and figures must not appear in the text.
2) Each table and figure must appear on a separate
sheet.
3) They should be numbered serially in the order that
they are cited in the text and identified by their
numbers.
4) Proper places of insertion should be indicated in the
right-hand margin of the text.
