cover letter 的问题
想请教一下，下面这个要求这是让我在信里写实验中遇到的问题还是什么问题？
在打算投的期刊上对Cover letter 有这么个要求：your cover letter should frame the question(s) you have addressed in your work in the context of the current body of knowledge, providing evidence that the findings - whether positive or negative - contribute to progress in your research discipline.

多夸夸自己，正面的，多写。负面的少些，或者一笔带过。
突出说一下你的创新点和结果。套话
这其实就是在Cover letter中依据现有的知识体系，要将自己文章中所解决的问题也就是作出的所谓的创新性罗列一下，给出作出这些发现（成就）的证据-无论是积极的还是消极的-都是你的研究计划中取得的进展，
在cover letter里阐述研究的亮点和意义。
