我投的文章，好几次都是submission being processed之后，杂志给的回复是submission sent back to atuthor，我回复了，又变成submission being processed，这该怎么办？

杂志的回复信如下：
Your submission entitled "Biotransformation of 16, 17-alphaepoxypregnenolone by Pseudomonas sp. strain DH" has been received.

Before we can further process it, you are kindly requested to include only the title , author informal and the abstract in the "Title Page""
