大修过一次，半个月后变成Decision in process，快一个月了，一直都这个状态
忍不住前两天给编辑发了邮件询问，回复如下：
Thank you for your message. Please accept our apologies for the delay experienced at this stage in the decision process. There are a few minor internal checks that are performed at this point to ensure that the review process was completed appropriately and that the decision meets our journal requirements.

We appreciate that you have notified us of this delay. We will ensure that the manuscript is processed and your decision letter sent shortly. Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
