现在，编辑让我给他写一封邮件，仅仅附上“Response to Reviewers”to indicate how you would address the referee's main concerns with this work，而不需要上传文本（Please do not submit a final revision at this stage）。

这种情况应该如何回应呢？因为第二个审稿人提出了一些很关键的问题，要想回答好，可能得补充一些内容。
但我并不能上传文本。
