求助审稿意见？
第一次投稿，英语很差，其中有两条意见，不能理解审稿人意思。
1. This paper uses a large number of free parameters that are based on heuristics. So the authors need to justify each of them and shown how do they effect the experimental results.
2. How is the ground truth created?
