最近投了ML，一个审稿人的意见，最后主编把我拒稿了。我看了审稿人的意见，觉得他的观点有明显的错误，可能并没认真看我的paper。最后我把审稿的人的意见，逐条向主编回复和申诉了。最后主编回复我了，大神帮我看看，主编是什么意思。原邮件如下：

In Materials Letters we do not have the option "major revisions", which is the case of your paper. In this case papers are rejected.
If you wish to send an improved version of the paper to Materials Letters, considering the commens of the referee as you explain in your email, I will be happy to consider it.
